We provide a 3-year warranty on all Prefab4u houses. Should any quality-related issue arise during the warranty period, our team will respond promptly and take immediate action to provide the necessary support and solution.

Are the homes insulated?

Yes. Our homes are built with insulated wall panels and are designed to provide comfortable living conditions throughout the year.

How long does delivery take?

If stock is available in Australia, delivery can usually be arranged within a few weeks.

For custom orders, production and shipping generally take approximately 9-12 weeks.
